Terms of Service

Azrael Music ("Azrael," "we," "us") is an AI music generation service operated from the United States and available at azraelai.com. By creating an account, buying credits, or generating a track, you agree to these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, and our Content Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

You must be at least 18 years old to use Azrael Music. The platform generates uncensored, user-directed content that may include explicit language and adult themes. By using the service you represent that you are 18 or older and legally able to enter into this agreement.

Sign-in is via Google OAuth. You are responsible for activity that happens under your account. Keep access to your Google account secure; we cannot recover generations or credits lost through a compromised account you failed to secure.

If you use the Agent API, your API access operates under your account and these same terms. You are responsible for what your agents do.

Generation runs on prepaid credits. New accounts receive free starter credits; beyond that, you purchase credits through Stripe. Credits:

• > are non-refundable prepaid usage, not a deposit or stored value;
• > never expire;
• > have no cash value and cannot be transferred or resold;
• > are deducted per successful generation — failed generations are automatically refunded to your balance.

Prices may change; a change never affects credits you already hold. Payment processing is handled by Stripe — we never see or store your card number.

You own your generations. Subject to the rights of third parties and applicable law, you own the lyrics you write, the tracks you generate, and the videos rendered from them, and you may use them commercially.

You grant Azrael a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, and stream your content as needed to run the service. For tracks you make public, that license extends to displaying them in the public feed, on shared track pages, and in platform promotion of community output. Making a track private again ends the public display, not the hosting needed to serve it to you.

AI output may not be protectable by copyright in all jurisdictions, and similar output may be generated for other users. We make no warranty of uniqueness.

Azrael does not filter, edit, or moralize about your lyrics. Prompts pass through as-is. That freedom comes with the other half of the deal: you are solely responsible for the content you create and share, including compliance with the laws that apply to you. See the Content Policy for the short list of genuinely prohibited (illegal) content.

An automated system may attach a content-warning label to tracks it detects as potentially offensive. Labels are informational only — they never block, remove, or alter your content.

Every account gets an affiliate link. When someone signs up through your link, you earn 20% of their first credit purchase, credited to your affiliate earnings. Self-referrals, fake accounts, or fraudulent purchases void the associated earnings, and we may claw back earnings from refunded or charged-back purchases. We may modify or end the program prospectively at any time.

Independent of content rules, you may not:

• > probe, overload, or disrupt the service, or evade rate limits;
• > resell access to the service or the Agent API without written permission;
• >scrape other users' private data or attempt to access accounts that are not yours;
• > misrepresent Azrael as the author or endorser of your content.

We respond to valid copyright takedown notices under the DMCA. See the DMCA policy for how to file a notice or counter-notice. Repeat infringers lose their accounts.

The service is provided "as is"and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Generation models are experimental; output quality is not guaranteed, uptime is not guaranteed, and we may change or discontinue features at any time.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Azrael's total liability for any claim arising out of the service is limited to the greater of $50 or the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, or goodwill. Some jurisdictions do not allow these limits; where they do not, they apply to the fullest extent permitted.

You will indemnify Azrael against third-party claims arising from your content or your breach of these terms.

You can stop using the service at any time; contact us to delete your account. We may suspend or terminate accounts only for: illegal content (per the Content Policy), repeat copyright infringement, payment fraud, or attacks on the service itself. We do not terminate accounts for making offensive music — that is the point of the platform. If we terminate your account in error, our sole obligation is to restore it and any unused credits.

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state from which the service is operated, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Before filing any claim, you agree to contact us at [email protected] and give us 30 days to work it out informally. Either party may bring qualifying claims in small-claims court. No class actions: disputes are individual.

We may update these terms as the platform evolves. Material changes will be flagged on the site or by email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date is acceptance. The "last updated" date above always reflects the current version.
