Content Policy

Azrael Music does not filter, rewrite, soften, or block your lyrics. Your prompt goes to the model exactly as you wrote it. Explicit, offensive, dark, crude, political, blasphemous — all fine. We built this platform because the mainstream ones refuse to.

The other half of the deal: you are the author of what you make, and you own the responsibility that comes with authorship. We are the instrument, not the artist.

The only content we act against is content that is illegal, specifically:

• > child sexual abuse material, or any sexual content involving minors — zero tolerance, reported to NCMEC where required by law;
• > true threats of violence against real, identifiable people, or content intended to incite imminent lawless action (art about violence is not a threat; a threat is a threat);
• >uploading or republishing other people's copyrighted recordings — see the DMCA policy;
• > impersonating a real person or entity to defraud (parody and commentary are fine and protected);
• >publishing someone's private personal information (doxxing) in track content or metadata.

That is the whole list. Offensive is not illegal. Illegal is illegal.

An automated system reviews public tracks and may attach a content-warning label(e.g. "explicit language") shown next to the track in the feed and on its share page. The label:

• > never blocks generation;
• > never removes, hides, or edits the track;
• > never affects your account standing.

It exists so listeners can make an informed choice before pressing play — the same job the parental-advisory sticker did for records, and nothing more.

Every track starts private— visible only to you. Sharing a track or toggling it public puts it in the community feed and on a public track page under your display name. You can flip any track back to private whenever you want. This policy's prohibited-content rules apply to everything you generate; the content-warning system applies to what you make public.

We remove content only when it falls under section 2 or a valid DMCA notice, and we terminate accounts only for repeated or egregious violations of section 2, payment fraud, or attacks on the service. There is no strike system for offensive content, because offensive content is not a violation.

To report content you believe is illegal under section 2, email [email protected]with a link to the track and a short explanation of which rule it breaks. Reports that boil down to "this song is offensive" will be read, appreciated as feedback on our labeling system, and not acted upon.
