If you believe content hosted on this platform infringes your copyright — for example, an uploaded reference track or a published song that copies your protected recording — send a takedown notice to our designated agent and we will respond expeditiously.

Note: AI-generated tracks made from a user's own lyrics are original works. Sounding similar to an artist or genre is not infringement; copying a protected recording or composition is.

Email [email protected]with the subject "DMCA Notice" and include all of the following (required by § 512(c)(3)):

• > identification of the copyrighted work you claim is infringed;
• > the URL(s) of the material on azraelai.com you want removed;
• > your name, address, telephone number, and email;
• > a statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law;
• > a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act for them;
• > your physical or electronic signature.

Incomplete notices may be rejected. Knowingly false claims create liability under § 512(f) — do not weaponize takedowns against music you merely dislike.

We remove or disable access to the identified material promptly, notify the user who posted it, and provide them a copy of the notice. The user's credits and account are otherwise unaffected unless they are a repeat infringer.

If your content was removed and you believe the removal was a mistake or misidentification, email a counter-notice to [email protected] including: identification of the removed material and its former URL; a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the removal was a mistake; your name, address, and phone; consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for your address (or any U.S. federal court if outside the U.S.); and your signature. If the claimant does not notify us of a court action within 10–14 business days, we restore the material.

Accounts that accumulate multiple valid, uncontested takedowns are terminated. This is the one moderation rule with a strike system, because the law requires it.
